Hi all,

How can I start netscape window without the window
showing? What I want to do is from command line
bring up netscape and have it load a certain url,
without the window showing up (the purpose is
to have it hit a webserver or get a cookie or
something like that... don't worry, I am not
trying to do DOS attack).

I am on windows platfrom, passing the SHOW_HIDE flag
does not work. Can someone give me a clue how to
accomplish that? Thanks.

What is the benefit of "leaving the window hidden"...the reason it does
not, iirc, is to keep the user aware of it...

Also, next time, pick one newsgroup and mark teh rest "Followup To" (or
better yet, no crossposting)
